This is a contract position for at least a year with a prominent automotive company in Kokomo, IN.

Responsibilities:
Supervises skilled trade employees in support of production processes; support related automation and controls of manufacturing operations; plan project operations and establish priorities.
Coordinates activities according to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
Coordinates the operation and training of the plant's Total Maintenance System (TMS), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and plant schedules.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE advanced or Technical Degree (i.e., BSME or BSEE) and have minimum 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment.
Will also consider candidates with an Associate's Degree and Journeyman's Card or 10
years' experience in Manufacturing and/or Maintenance.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Body in White processes
Experience with robotic automation processes
Robotic programming/troubleshooting experience
Experience with machine and systems operation and integration
Experience with RS Logic, PLC-5, Allen Bradley Drive Systems
Knowledge of welding processes (i.e. resistance spot welding)
Experience with Control Net Networks, Device Net Networks, ABB-Proficiency with Microsoft application software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
COMPENSATION:
$54,000 or competitive.
$1,800 annually towards an individual healthcare plan.
10 Holidays and 15 Vacation Days.
