You'll work closely with our Training Coordinator and talented management team.
You'll be matched with an experienced therapist and taught all of the skills you'll need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What is Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? ASD is a neurological and developmental disorder that affects how people interact with others, communicate, learn, and behave.
What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? ABA is an evidence-based therapy that allows us to uniquely assist each child with developing the skills needed to live, learn and play.
How much does the position pay? Starting pay is competative with opportunities to promote within the first 6 months for full-time staff.

Minimum Requirements:
-18 years-old -High school diploma or equivalent -Experience working with children -Reliable transportation -Ability to adapt to situations quickly and with a positive attitude.
-Ability to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
-You may be asked to engage in activities that require you to lift, push or pull 35
pounds.
-Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, walk, run, keep up with the pace of your assigned learner.
