Summary:
This position is responsible for promoting mental health recovery through a person-centered approach focusing on independence and integration.
This is accomplished through delivery of appropriate mental health assessment, treatment planning and intervention for clients impacted by emotional/behavioral impairment and serious, persistent mental illness.
A person in this position will provide direct service case management and skill building intervention, transport clients to appointments or designations and will assist clients in the development of natural support systems to help foster independence as much as possible.
This position is also responsible for reporting to the Evening Reporting Center (ERC).
The Evening Reporting Center (ERC) is a juvenile court run alternative to incarceration program.
Juveniles charged with non-violent offenses avoid detention center time altogether or avoid it temporarily while awaiting trial.
After school, juveniles are taken directly to the ERC where they remain from 4:
00 pm to about 7:
00 pm weekdays (Monday thru Friday).
While there they receive academic assistance and life skills training.
They also participate in enrichment activities and community service.
The juveniles are identified by probation department/officers, who submit the appropriate DCS referral.
Starting and growing base wage opportunities up to $20.

Education:
High School diploma/GED and 2 years related experience, technical certificate or 60 undergraduate college credits Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred
Experience:
Prior experience in behavioral health, human services or other relevant social services, involving collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, skill development, or advocacy for options and services to meet an individual's and family's comprehensive health, education, social services, and/or restorative justice needs preferred but not required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
