2K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The General Affairs Specialist's main function is to maintain office coordination and administrative support to the organization, ensuring the utilization and execution of appropriate systems and tools for the entire teams' success.
In Addition, this position will be mainly responsible for managing General Affairs personnel and processing invoices, reconcile company credit cards, and planning a budget for the procurement of goods or services and equipment maintenance costs for all StarPlus Energy.
GA works with the HR department, and other departments as needed.
Responsible for the General Affairs day-to-day operations of all building locations in the StarPlus Energy.
Procurement of equipment and work requirements including, but not limited to:
purchasing of office supplies such as stationery, desks, chairs, laptops, computers, air conditioners, accessories or room decoration.
This function also includes facilities and other supporting resources such as leasing vehicles, office equipment, cleaning services, security guards, receptionist, and other outsourcing services.
Role and Responsibilities Provide general services to employees (including US local employees, Korean employees, Korean supporters, visitors, etc.
) Manage the office and work environment (maintain nice, neat, and clean all the time to promote productive work) Manage and purchase necessary office items, supplies, furnishings, and equipment Carry out all activities to improve the working environment Organize meetings, business trips, flights, catering, etc.
Provide assistance to the Office Manager and other supervisors as necessary Support for the settlement and relocation of Korean employees and their families (including cooperation with related companies) Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time or without notice Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional planning, time management and organizational skills Grace under pressure, and the ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround Proven ability to keep information organized and confidential Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time Prior experience working for a large, global company is a plus Bilingual Korean required.
(Must be able to read, write and speak Korean).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
