The position is a 40 hour a week job with rotating on call duties.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of apartment/building maintenance preferred.
2.
Positive attitude and good verbal and written communication skills.
3.
The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, co-workers, supervisors.
4.
Reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies.
5.
Valid driver's license.
6.
Availability to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
7.
Available to cover rotating on call duties.
10.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
11.
Basic tools required for maintenance, all specialty tools are provided on site.
