Responsibilities:
Supervise, train and monitor performance of the financial aid office staff (2 individuals) Create and maintain financial aid marketing materials Maintain financial aid records Ensure compliance with and interpret federal, state and agency laws and regulations Work to identify and create sources of financial aid funding as well as establish awarding protocol Act as a liaison between financial aid and other organizational departments and entities Implement organization wide policies for financial aid
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred 5
years of experience in a position within financial aid or a role that works closely with financial aid (student life, enrollment, admissions, development, etc.
