is a contractor to Fedex providing pick-up and delivery services to a select group of zip codes serviced out of the Kokomo Indiana station.
We offer a great company culture and are seeking Delivery Drivers to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Arrive at Fedex station each morning at time to be determined by Manager (between 7:
30 and 9:
00 AM).
Confirm/complete loading/scanning of packages into delivery vehicle, dispatch station in vehicle at agreed upon time, make required number of stops and package deliveries/pick-ups and return vehicle to station within 8 hour period.
Work with software applications administered via iPad or scanner to follow a pre-determined route over the course of the day to ensure timely deliveries.
Comply with all delivery-specific instructions required such as obtaining a signature, taking a picture of the delivery, etc.

Meet specific package pick-up and delivery times on occasion.
Make every effort to deliver all packages and code exception packages for return to Station if delivery is not possible.
Follow all safety procedures required by company policy, Fedex, the DOT or other Federal and State Agencies.
Maintain proper documentation on person and in vehicle at all times.
Communicate with customers and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in delivery area or work requirements that may occur from time to time.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT physical.
One year of experience in driving role.
Clean driving record with the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Pass pre-employment background check Able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis, plus occasional lifting of packages up to 50 pounds Training offered for candidates without Fedex delivery experience.
