The Front desk/ Sales and Event Coordinator will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Sales Department with administrative duties as well as execution of small meetings.
Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they've made the right choice to stay with us.
Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information.
Accept payment for guests' accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout.
Building group room blocks in the reservation system, entering group reservation lists and assisting clients with transient reservations.
Weekly reports within the sales and reservation system Assists clienthe ts with small meetings.
This includes qualifying inquiries, writing proposals, contracts, and detailing banquet event orders, and setting up the payment process.
Conducting site tours with clients Interacts with food and beverage team to coordinate execution of events You have:

years of hospitality industry experience preferred Detail oriented with the ability to analyze, multitask, and prioritize Ability to read, write and speak English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers Professional Image with positive interaction with colleagues and guests We are:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
