We're currently looking for someone to fill this position who has previous management experience with an satisfactory background in sales and customer service.
As a MIT at our Kokomo Superstore your duties will include:
balancing the till, motivating and directing staff to obtain monthly sales goals, as well as being responsible for completing daily paperwork and following various company procedures.
The goal of the Assistant Manager is to aide the Store Manager in training and motivating a knowledgeable team of sales associates to:
1.
) Maintain and update the appearance of the showroom at regular intervals 2.
) Close sales and negotiate prices while providing an exceptional customer service experience 3.
) Complete all tasks as required by company policy, including but not limited to:
pulling expired pawns, cleaning and pricing the items and putting them on the sales floor, successfully negotiating prices on sales, and striving to give informed, accurate estimates on merchandise.
