Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Site Manager to oversee the janitorial operations for a large and prestigious client account.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, managing a team of cleaning staff, maintaining positive client relationships and identifying and recommending added value opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations on-site.
Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or cleaning staff promptly.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Collaborate with clients to customize cleaning plans and address specific requirements.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and any incidents.
Maintain accurate documentation of cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning industry best practices, safety regulations, and equipment.
Ability to handle client relationships effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in janitorial or facility management roles.
Proficient in MS Office suite and cleaning management software.
