We started franchising in 2022.

There are multiple different ways customers are able to communicate with us:
drive-thru, walk-in, dine-in, phone calls, and online ordering.
We are a full blown coffee shop AND a high end pizza place, and with Coffee Junkiez being the front of the house you and your team will be handling all incoming orders on both menus.
We are committed to staying on the front edge of technology.
We have a POS system, KDSs, Online scheduling platform, and our new training system rivals those big guys.

General Job Duties:
Greet customers as they enter, pull up to drive-thru, or call.
Give customers food and drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
Take orders while paying attention to details (e.
g.
preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios Prepare beverages following recipes.
Serve beverages and food items such as pizza, subs, nachos, and salads.
Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Comprehension of both the Coffee Junkiez and Pizza Junkiez menus.
Follow & Complete Checklists Keeping the workplace stocked, organized, and clean.
Measuring ingredients to ensure consistency.
Working in a team environment to produce orders to customer standards without error.
Coffee Manager
Responsibilities:
Handle Caters, Customer Complaints, Call Backs, and other generally complicated calls.
Watch labor and distribute breaks.
Handle opening or closing of drawers - Including driver cash-outs.
Ensure all checklists are properly followed and executed.
Ability to train new employees.
Inventory and placing orders with vendors Milk Runs (rotates people) Create weekly schedules.
Willing to be responsible for proper operational coverage - including coffee bar catering.
Management of employees Grading of Phone Calls Help in maintaining the store's appearance inside and out, as this accountability falls on the management team as whole.
Maintaining an attitude of constant and consistent displays of positive leadership abilities.

Not making a customer come back or us having to send a driver to correct a mistake.
Product Presentation- Making sure you take pride in your work in every aspect of the job to ensure product presentation is top notch.
