Overview:
Immediate Hiring Need for a Logistics ManagerFull Time Position, Up to $80k Total Annual Compensation4 Day Work Week and Relocation Available We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team near Muncie, IN (1 hour away from Indianapolis).
We are seeking someone who is able to communicate effectively with groups and individuals.
Your role would include staffing, scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to ensure safety, quality, and production.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze productivity.
Develop reports and make recommendations for improvementsImplement SOP for safety and regulatory complianceCommunicate goals to staffTrain employees on logistics, standards and procedures, and documentation.
Strong communication to be able to listen and consult with customers and employees to determine corrective actionsSupervise a team of up to 100 employeesSupport and model logistics and company policies and proceduresIdentifying training and development needsParticipating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of employees Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in Business, Logistics, or related field2
years of supervisory experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAble to commute (relocation assistance available) Shift:
Tuesday - Friday (2pm - 2am)
