Production Operator 2024 - Now Hiring

We're looking for Production Operators based in Kokomo, IN only.
Production Operators perform a variety of functions.
In this role, selected individuals could be responsible for preforming a variety of jobs in battery assembly.
The production operator is responsible for operating the standard procedures of lithium-ion battery production with manufacturing equipment.
Additional responsibilities include:
Conducting quality checks Engaging in basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance throughout the production process Collecting qualifying products and package for shipment Monitoring and interacting with computerized manufacturing equipment to produce batteries and check equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity Checking all work orders, instructions, and specifications on the production check sheet before starting every production lot.
Qualifications:
Be legally authorized to work in the United States Be at least 18 years of age Ability to work any shift as required Work in hot and cold environments Wear safety glasses, sleeves, Earplugs, and steel-toed shoes Stand or walk for long periods of time each day Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds Work in tight or closed spaces Identify any irregularities which are not compliant to work instructions and control plan regarding work environment, production process, raw materials, and the quality of semi-finished products Inspect the equipment according to the 'equipment features inspection guide Work in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout the organization Strict adherence to safety standardsSalary:
$19.
90 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
