The Opportunity We are looking to add a Lifestyle 360 Director to our team.
Lifestyle 360 is a holistic activities program for Seniors built around Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the five dimensions of wellness:
physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.
The Lifestyle 360 Director will plan, schedule and implement an innovative, evidence-based activity program that will engage residents and incorporates the Five Dimensions of Wellness:
Emotional Dimension- 5 days per week; Intellectual Dimension- 7 days per week; Physical Dimension- 7 days per week; Social Dimension- 7 days per week; Spiritual Dimension- 3 days per week.
3What You'll DoProject ManagementPlan, schedule and implement activity plans for the residents of the community.
Organize, develop, plan and conduct outings that are of interest to residents based on findings from the 360 Associate team.
Drives residents to and from scheduled outings and events using the community vehicle as needed.
CommunicationDevelop and posts a comprehensive monthly calendar of events for the community.
Calendar will be posted on a community bulletin board that is professional in appearance.
Work with marketing, food service, administrative and other departments in the community to ensure quality resident programming.
What You'll Bring Experience & EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentAssociate or bachelor's degree in human service or recreation therapy preferred.
Licensed or registered, if applicable, by the state.
Eligibility for state certification as an activity director preferred.
Valid state Driver's License or Chauffeur's license as required by property and/or state.
First Aid Certification desired.
Experience working in a group setting with older adults is preferred.
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
