Analyze financial reports and create plans to increase sales and address opportunities.
Manage multiple priorities and exercise situational leadership.
Build a great team by training, coaching, developing and motivating talent.
Ensure excellent execution of operational, merchandising, and presentation standards.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills and helps Team Members resolve customer concerns within the store in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Serve as Manager-On-Duty (MOD) and maintains a high level of visibility on the sales floor to maintain service levels throughout the store and ensure completion of daily tasks.
Use POS, payroll and scheduling systems to control store expenses and manage resources.
Enforce all legal and compliance standards relating to labor, shrink, audit, and safety.
To join our team, you must:
Be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Successfully pass a background check.
Be available to work a flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Have a willingness to learn and develop your fabric and craft product knowledge.
Have 2 to 3 years supervisory experience preferably in retail environment.
Successfully complete the Manager-In-Training Learning System within 60 days of hire.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
